Photographer Brain Dowling travels the world with his unique picture project “Redhead Beauty”

Even though Ireland & Scotland well known for redheads, An American photographer Brain Dowling who now lives in Berlin (Germany) launches a photography project called “Redhead Beauty” & captured more than 130 red heads from 20 different countries.

Red is the rarest hair color in the world & only 1% of world population has red hairs. Actually, it’s a gene mutation called MC1R which caused for such a hair color. And also, this gene mutation affects for one’s endurance to pain and sunlight. Further when Red head people get old their hair color turn into blonde or pure white instead of Gray.

Brain worked with his project along three summers to reveal the true beauty of red hairs & needed to help giving out the stereotype mentality about red hairs. You can see those beautiful pictures of red hairs on Kickstater.
