Even though we talk more about body positivity and are more accepting of how we look, many people are still learning to put how they feel about themselves before how they should look. And the things we see on social media don't always help since they often make us feel unsafe. It's good that there are people who aren't afraid to show their natural bodies, talk about everyday struggles, normalize these things, and even give tips on how to feel better and love yourself more.

This is how the woman shows that what we see on TV, in ads, and on the covers of magazines isn't an accurate picture of our bodies.
