The little calf seemed indifferent as it rolled around in
the sand directly in front of the visitors’ vehicle.
Although it had created a roadblock, the baby elephant continued to play, much to the delight of everyone else.
It wasn’t long before the young elephant concluded that it had had enough. Following a brief period in which he stood up and looked around, he vanished into the bushes.
Brett Berenson captured the footage seen below as he was traveling through Zimbabwe.
The traffic is held up because someone is playing with a newborn elephant.
One of the women in the video commented that it was a “nice sight to watch.”
“I could not believe what we had done,” said Berenson,
quoted in the passage.
